All sales are final. We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase from our online boutique! In the event that you are not satisfied with your order, exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. All custom and personalized pieces are final sale and non-exchangeable. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To exchange your order:
- Fill out a contact form explaining the reason for your exchange and we will respond promptly providing you with an address to send your item. The item must be sent to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Package your item securely including all original packaging.
- For your security, please send your item via registered mail/UPS/FedEx, insured. Make sure you provide us with the tracking number once you have sent out the package.
- We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
- Please allow 7 business days to process your exchange.
